Everything for a serene bar mitzvah: gassot mehudar tefillin, embroidered bag, guide and guidance from a sofer.
≈ US$1,069 (indicative, charged in euros)
Kashrut certificate
The set brings together our gassot mehudar tefillin (parchments handwritten in your tradition's script, single-piece thick leather batim, kosher straps), a velvet bag embroidered with the boy's name, an illustrated wearing guide in three languages and a video session with a sofer, so the boy arrives at his bar mitzvah knowing how to put on his tefillin.
State the Hebrew name to embroider and the bar mitzvah date in the order notes: we guarantee delivery at least two weeks before the date if ordered six weeks in advance.
Handwritten on parchment (klaf) from a kosher animal, with halachically valid black ink, by a certified sofer. Computer check of every letter, then proofreading by a second sofer. Ships with a kashrut certificate.
Every scroll is checked twice before shipping: by computer, letter by letter, then proofread by a second sofer. The named certificate attests to this check.

Scrolls are sacred handwritten items: they can only be returned for a kashrut defect confirmed by a sofer. Cases and accessories can be returned within 14 days.
Gassot are made from one piece of thick leather, very durable and repairable; they are the mehudar standard. Peshutim mehudarim are also one piece but thin leather: kosher and cheaper, less durable. Avoid plain "peshutim" glued from several pieces.
At least 2 to 3 months before the date: writing the parchments and making the batim takes several weeks, and the boy should practice putting them on before he is obligated.
