Tracked shipping to the US, UK, France, Israel and worldwide · Kashrut certificate included
Information
We ship worldwide, tracked and insured. Shipping costs are calculated from the delivery address and shown before payment. In-stock items ship within 2 business days (excluding Shabbat and Jewish holidays).
Indicative times after dispatch: France 2 to 4 days; Europe and Israel 3 to 7 days; rest of the world 5 to 10 days. Items written to order show their writing time on the product page; this is added to the transit time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to destination and weight. Checking services carry no shipping fee from us; sending your scrolls to our workshop is at your expense.
Customs duties and import taxes outside the European Union are the recipient's responsibility.
Scrolls (mezuzot, tefillin, megillot) are sacred, handwritten and personalized items under consumer law: they can only be returned for a kashrut defect confirmed by a sofer, in which case we replace or refund the item.
Cases, bags and non-personalized accessories can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition. Contact us before any return.
