These terms of sale govern sales concluded on the Beth Hasofer website between Beth Hasofer (the seller) and any purchaser (the customer). Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
Scrolls are handwritten by certified sofrim, computer-checked and proofread by a second sofer. Every scroll ships with a kashrut certificate stating the script, level and sofer. Site illustrations are indicative; every handwritten item is unique.
Prices are in euros, including taxes, excluding shipping. Payment is made online by card through a secure provider, or via a payment link sent after availability is confirmed. The order is final upon receipt of payment.
Stated writing times are indicative. A 30% deposit may be requested for made-to-order tefillin and megillot. In case of a delay exceeding 30 days beyond the stated time, the customer may cancel and obtain a refund of amounts paid.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (handwritten scrolls, name embroidery). It applies to non-personalized accessories within 14 days.
